Sculpture
Like my assemblages, my sculptures are made from my collection of found materials found on walks mostly along Lake Huron.
I enjoy the play of putting different elements together to make something not seen or considered before. Adding the encaustic paint gives the piece life but also a feeling of mystery when certain things appear covered up and make you want to know what is underneath.
