Day of Delirium

Day of Delirium is a print of an original that I created in the late 80's in print making class at university. 

It came about after having a stressful, overwhelming time and wanting to stay bed and enjoy my time undercover. 

The printmaking technique used is aquatint etching with a bit of drypoint. 

Later, my sister in law recorded an album called Strange Ritual and used a detail of this image as the cover.

Paper size is 12X10 inches and the image size is 10X8.25 inches.
