Ode to 19 is a blend of encaustic paint and mixed media materials - rubber, wood, string and tacks. It is a reminder of COVID 19, and reads as 19 in Roman numerals. It pays homage to our experience through the pandemic, represented through textures, shapes and bold colours and is a tribute to resilience.
